“Absolutely beautiful hotel , great location, our stay was truly memorable. Walking within the Riads of the hotel offered a true holistic sense of Moroccan culture. Breakfast setting is quite traditional, exceptional service from the entire team, a special thanks to Isa and the team at the restaurant, and Admin our bellman who gave us a warm smile upon our arrival and every following day that we came in quite tired from our exursions welcomed and assisted us. Excellent, many thanks to all the staff!!

La Sultana is a hidden gem in Marrakesh. The hotel is hidden away from the main Kasbah street but entering brings you into a place of peace and tranquillity. The rooftop terrace is modern but with a very traditional Moroccan feel and packed with greenery drinks and food are of a high standard and the staff are incredible - incredibly friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. I would definitely go back.

The hotel itself is stunning. Beautiful interior, few riads in one hotel. Felt very homish! They were cleaning the rooms 2 times a day, which was a great aspect especially when you travel with your kid. Excellent food - 5stars and great stuff managing the hotel rooms.

Management solved our problem as we decided to travel with our 22-year old granddaughter and there was no other room available. They placed another bed in our suite and that was much appreciated. In spite of the confusion outdoors the hotel with its patio-garden, heated swimming pool, tropical plants and even birds, is very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast is excellent and diner with Moroccan live music also. The bar in the terrace that offers also meals is a good meeting point for friends and to have small meals. I specially loved the Hanmam of the hotel and the excellent staff. I used it twice after walking trips around and felt always relaxed and energised. Local population is very kind and helpful.

Everything was fantastic! The staff were phenomenal, the food delicious (they even offered gluten-free options), the welcome treats in the bedroom, the accommodations for my 16 month old (toys, special bath products, baby towel, rubber duckies in the tub, crib etc) the whole riad was gorgeous and well kept, the rooftop at night with the DJ and the musician on the ground floor. As you can see, I highly recommend La Sultana! Do not think twice about staying here- it is a special experience! Thank you for making our stay quite special!

The hotel went out of their way to make my 19month old son feel comfortable. The staff were exceptional with my son and we really appreciated it. The rooms were large and spacious and they were kept clean really well.

the staff are amazing from the door u feel the hot welcome and nice attitude, reception staff awesome very helpful and has good restaurant recommendations ( special thanks to abdullah who arranged all things we asked for and was with us in each step) also a special thanks to seida who helped us a lot and was like a sister to us. i will come again and again to this place. the food was very yummy (breakfast and dinner). they are doing their best for any request from us. a really big thank you for the staff who made our 3 nights very memorable.

Truly a slice of paradise. The setting is utterly stunning. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to help in every way possible. A special thanks to Abdullah. A personal service. Some wonderful touches. Food and drinks were incredible. I've stayed in a number of high end hotels but I would say this is the best. I didn't want to leave!
